How it works

From sketch to dispatch

Use the atelier, the EU hub, or both. Finished goods made elsewhere can use the EU hub on its own.

01

Brief

Share your design and requirements. We classify your enquiry as development, manufacturing, fulfilment or combined work and ask for anything missing before committing.

02

Sample

We pattern, sample and fit until you approve. A sample is not automatic production approval: you confirm the final construction, measurements, materials and colour first.

03

Produce

Small runs made in France to the approved specification, with checks against that specification and a release record at the end.

04

Store

Planned EU stock intake and inventory records, with the production release record linked to SKU, size and colour.

05

Ship & return

Orders packed and shipped to your requirements; returns recorded and handled as agreed.

The connected model

From garment approval to traceable, saleable stock.

Workshop

Approved specification · production checks · final acceptance.

Release record

SKU, size and colour · accepted quantity · approval and date.

Fulfilment

Recorded stock location · order allocation · packing and dispatch.

Manufacturing quality checks and fulfilment intake checks have separate responsibilities. This route is a proposed model, to be piloted with first clients.

Getting started

Qualify, pilot, repeat

01

Qualify

Confirm product fit, requirements and capacity.

02

Pilot

Agree a limited scope and clear acceptance criteria.

03

Repeat

Review the results before extending the relationship.

We’ll recommend a starting point — usually a scoped pilot.
